Admission Requirement – Science Education

Admission Requirement – Science Education:

To be admitted into the Science Education programme, the candidate would have satisfied the minimum entry requirements of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike as well as the Departmental requirements. These are:

1. A minimum of 5 credits passes at the SSCE or its equivalent in not more than two sittings for a four year Degree Programme. SSCE subjects must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
2. For Direct Entry, candidates must satisfy UME (O’Level) requirements in addition to the following:

(a) OND/NDplacement at 100 Level

(b) HNDplacement at 200 Level

(c) NCE at Distinction/Creditplacement at 200 Level

(d) NCE at Meritplacement at 100 Level
